A WARM WELCOME!
Majestic mountains on a springtime morning. The scent of freshly brewed coffee as the world comes alive. Softly rolling waves reaching for a welcoming shoreline. Snuggling with four-legged friends on a rainy day. A star-filled sky when night blankets the earth. The soothing sound of a loved one's voice. There are so many things that I am passionate about, but it wasn't always that way.
Many years ago I experienced a dark night of the soul in my life's journey. I was lost and drowning in a sea of confusion, not knowing who I was or why I was here! Unanswered questions overwhelmed me, and I felt as though I couldn't go on. And then I made one of the most empowering decisions of my life -- I sought out a counselor and began therapy! As they say, the rest is history.
Years after my very enlightening and rewarding therapeutic experience, I felt an unmistakable inner unrest. Something was calling out to me from the depths of my soul, like a mysterious invitation to greater meaning and purpose in my everyday life. In the silence I recognized the call. I was being drawn back to what I knew was the greatest gift that I could ever give to anyone. The vision unfolded -- crystal clear -- that my life purpose was to guide the journey for others to be enlightened and transformed, just as my therapist had done for me!
With gratitude for its many opportunities and lessons, I left my corporate career to pursue a Master's Degree in Counseling. Some days were diamonds and some days were stones. But I was determined to accomplish my dream no matter what the obstacles. Ultimately I reached the finish line, only to begin the next chapter of my journey.
Twelve years ago I stepped out in faith and launched my private practice. It has been a magnificent open door for me! Now I am able to provide a beacon of hope and bright shining Light to guide countless souls on their journey home -- home to who they really are and to the deepest desires of their heart.
It's been a long and winding road, and it continues to evolve because life's journey is always progressive. But dreams really do come true! I never imagined that I would be where I am today, or that through the gift of therapy I could help to heal and change the world one person at a time! But that's exactly what I am doing. I found my passion and my purpose, and I learned that it's never too late. As I first heard it said in one of my favorite movies, Under The Tuscan Sun:
"Unthinkably good things can happen, even late in the game. It's such a surprise!"
